My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. I was given the wrong bed type and the rooms had cleanliness issues, including a rat sighting. On the bright side, the hotel’s appearance is quite attractive, and the housekeeping did a decent job. However, the service left much to be desired, making my overall experience not worth it.
